16, a Collective Agreement for 2020-2022 was signed between "JV
"CASPI BITUM" LLP and the Company's workforce.
This document was signed by Yerbolat Kozhabayev, General Director of "JV "CASPI BITUM" LLP, and Askhat Urisbayev, Chairman of the "Local Trade Union of Employees" PA of "JV"CASPI BITUM" LLP. In the circumstances of the coronavirus pandemic, all necessary precautions were taken. The traditional friendly handshake had to be avoided.
"This is the second Collective Agreement in the ten-year history of our Plant. It fully provides for social security guarantees for the protection of labor rights, wages, labor protection, health and recreation of employees and their children, and support of young families. We are interested in creating high - quality working conditions for our specialists, most of whom are young, promising employees. Having a full-fledged Collective Agreement guarantees our employees social security and confirms the status of an attractive employer", stated Yerbolat Kozhabayev.
"The new Collective Agreement is in no way inferior to the old one, the document has not been significantly changed and has been approved by our employees. The rights and warranties of Plant workers are fully respected, and that is the main thing", - said Askhat Urisbayev.
